Happy Thursday!

Happy to be home today! I wish I had taken some time off after the past few weeks. It is nice however to be home for the rest of the week.

Today’s post is a palmiers! I see these at the grocery store every week. I just never buy them. They are always the simple ones. I wonder if I could make a feta savory version of these guys… I know there’s a cheddar version but that’s cow milk… Maybe I will pick up a box next time I go shopping and actually try them.
