Throw Back Thursday Ornaments

Happy Throw back Thursday everyone!!

I finally took down our christmas decorations… It took awhile I totally should of done it when I had the time off between christmas and new years. I was just in recovery from christmas mode lol. So I didn’t see any comments on either my instagram, facebook or this lovely blog to not do a few throw back thursdays… So Imma do them!!

For those who didn’t know I used to work with my now close friend Elizabeth. (You can find her art work here!) She is one of the people I paired up with to run echo Kraken Studios! (Check us out!!!) When I did work with Elizabeth we would work independently on our own projects. (I wasn’t new to the whole different client different project life before I started this job lol)

A lot of the ornaments where schools, churches and the like! Elizabeth has actually won the white house ornament a few times I believe! You can find them here. I did enjoy the job but ended up getting laid off during the whole economic depression time period.

The ornaments featured for this post I did for Macy’s. I loved them so much that when samples were done and shipped out I got one of each that didn’t make the cut. I love these ones, and they always go up on our mini christmas tree ( along with all of the pieces that Elizabeth has done).

I will share maybe a few other ornaments that I did in the past this month. I do have some throw back pottery and maybe I’ll share some of my childhood drawings with you guys… I figured we could do this for at least January as it’s a new beginning and it is great to look back and see how far you have come. These parts of our lives helped make you who you are today and I think that’s awesome.

Until next time, safe travels and good luck on all of your endeavors,
-The Sonne Faun
