Happy Monday!

So I guess I have decided to post all of the pastry sketches this month. I am trying to figure out the format… Probably close to the last few month long posts…. I had debating putting it off until April, but I’ll be working on client site for two weeks straight and I know it’s going to be a lot of work and hard for me to write up something on the daily. No worries, I have things planned for April!

So all of the pastry items I will be sharing with you are made with pastry dough. Today’s post is 4 point tart! I actually saw these at the bakery near our house. They look so tasty!!
