Happy Friday!
As of this morning I am now done with my week of being on call. I am not sure why we don’t just hire some people to be escalations. I suppose then you have to give them other work to do but there is more than enough work to go around in the NOC.
Today’s post is Braided Strudel! I love making and eating braided strudel! They are so much fun to make and make a great breakfast item to feed a lot of people. You can also add savory things to it like I did pizza items in one to make it a braided calzone of sorts. It was so good!
