Happy rain season!

Had a blast this past weekend helping my friends out with their house work on their newish to them house! We got all of the carpet ripped up, a 3 season room wiped clean, and almost all of the rooms now have the correct lighting! It was nice to be able to spend time with them! My father-in-law drove down to help out with the electrical work! We couldn’t have done that large piece without him. Are you guys loving the nice weather too? Oh my goodness it was so nice out! absolutely wonderful!

So today’s prompt was a robot in a desert environment. I’m not sure if you guys realize this but I am a huge fan of the dark tower book series by Steven King. I love it while it does have its quirks. I was not a fan of the movie it was just so non-stop and missed all of the character development. I understand the reasoning behind it…. Trying not to be spoiler-y but I feel like that is just a cheap excuse to ruin such an amazing concept. ANYWAYS! This is from one of the scenes in the books…. It is pretty early on, but it ties in with other parts of the book. When I read the prompt it was really what came to mind to me.
