Winter Family Crafts

This was such a fun craft! My husband’s aunts and his mom found this super cute art / craft.

They picked up mason jars for all of the girls, paints and some lights for the jars. They printed off the village and we stuck the paper into the inside of the mason jars. We then used that as a pattern to “trace” paint onto the outside of the jars.

Once we were done painting it on and waited for it to dry, some of the girls sprayed the fake snow into the inside.

I decided to paint “snow flakes” onto the outside of my jar and used fairy lights to make it look like the flakes were illuminated as well.

Once everything was done we put a clear sealing coat on the outside to help protect from scratching of the paint.

We put mine up in the office. I know a few of the girls used them as a great Christmas present for close friends. This is definitely a great craft for those with a lot of patience.

Until next time, safe travels and good luck on all of your endeavors,
