Happy Tuesday!

Happy Monday to all of those who have a shorter work week this week! As much as I was jealous of everyone having the day off I honestly don’t know if I would of liked having a four day work week this week.

Today is the Fifth day of Pastry week! Today’s prompt is Croquembouche!! I always feel like these are super pretty! They look so hard to actually make and not have collapse or topple over. A true piece of art! (not that people who make actual sweets art aren’t also amazing).
